| Plots sizes and prices and general information for traders |

We do have trade space available, please get your form off to us to reach us by FRIDAY 27 May at the very latest! We do sell out of trade space each year and strongly recommend you book as early as possible to guarantee you a space.
Our trade plots are a minimum of 5m frontage x 10m deep and then go in multiples of this (10m front x 10m deep, 15m front x 10m deep, 20m front x 10m deep etc) prices start at just £60 for the whole weekend trading and this includes 2 weekend tickets.
Traders can access the site from 11am on Friday morning to allow adequate set up time, it is worth noting though that you must fit onto the plot size you book, this includes your stall, vehicle and camping equipment. please do not book a 5m x 10m plot expecting bigger and then be gobsmacked when it is exactly that size!
The venue is a greenfield site so you are responsible for your own power, lighting, shelter and security.
All our traders re–book year after year so we must be doing something right! Please note that you will need to get your booking form and payment in early to avoid missing out!
We also offer a number of other services such as flyer distribution on the gate, advertising in the show programme or even adverting on our show website, please contact us if you would like to discuss advertising with us.
