Between 9am and 10am we will see vehicles begin to assemble for VW & Hot Rod show n shine, a selection of some of the best Volkswagen and Hot Rod / Custom Car Vehicles from all over the UK all competing for over 20 Trophies and our fabulous best of show trophy!
There will also be a variety of displays. Themed displays will include An Early Bay Display, a VW Coachbuilts Display (Karmann Gipsys, Tischers etc), we are hoping to get some Trekkers and Early Bugs involved too along with a display of Early MK1 and MK2 Golfs. This year we're giving a big push to the VW Clubs to get involved by putting on a small themed club display!
A wide variety of traders will again be pushing their wears, from parts to pictures and plenty of other products!
And if you’re looking for a second hand bargain then don’t forget to head into the autojumble area.
Other events throughout the day are the CHARITY AUCTION (Last year we raised over £500 for Brads Cancer Foundation), CARS FOR SALE AREA, the KIDS FUNFAIR, and don't forget MR MAJECO will be performing Magic and Punch and Judy throughout the day.
Then there is always the usual Cars For Sale Area, Catering, Ice Creams, Funfair and the all important BAR in the main hall.
We wrap up the day around 4pm with our trophy presentation and ask that you please leave the site litter free by using the bins and bags available and wish you a safe journey home. |
