FRIDAY... DAY ONE @ DEVA!

Get in, get camping, get your bonifide off the ground BBQ going, kick back and relax, you have arrived at Deva Dubs n Rods...

Gates open from 2pm on Friday, so plenty of time for you and your friends to set up camp and forget about the working week you have just left behind!

When you‘re ready bring the young ones to the Funfair, take yourself for a browse through the Traders or come and test your knowledge in the VW Pub Quiz at 8pm.

Following the quiz we have...

FRIDAY NIGHT... DEVA'S BIG NIGHT OF COMEDY!

3 of the UK's best club circuit comedians will be up on stage giving you 2 hours of their best from 10pm until midnight, If you think that on a normal night out a visit to a comedy club would cost you £10 to £12 then you start to understand why visitors to Deva get the best value weekend they can have anywhere!!! Watch this space for more details!

From 8pm we turn the main hall into a VW pub, lots of tables and chairs, the all important beer and loads of like minded dubbers to bend your ear all evening!! We’ll even add in some background music.

At 8.00PM will be holding a VW PUB QUIZ. VW Related questions compared by Sir Brian of Burrows, the winners will claim weekend bragging rights and some alcoholic trophies.

Once the quiz is over the comedian’s hit the stage! Our funny guy’s should tickle your ribs and hopefully have you falling off your chairs holding your sides for about 2 hours solid!

We end the night with some relaxed tunes and a bit of a boogie for those that want to for the last half hour! Of course all night we have the fair, catering and bar open and assuming the weather is good many choose to while the night away relaxing outside the bar with a beer or three.

SATURDAY DAYTIME

Gates open at 9am, and yes we will be showing the England match in the evening!

Check out the many trader stalls from all over the UK. See the boot traders to grab that used part you have been looking for and there's a KIDS FUNFAIR to keep the little uns happy.

As last year we will be holding a daily driver show n shine - again we have put up 10 fantastic trophies!!! Register at the INFO POINT in the main building from 10am. Entry will close at 12 noon with judging at 2.30pm. Trophies will be awarded around 3.30 to 4pm.

Following this we will have our fabulous 5 a side interclub football tournament for any of the VW Clubs attending to get involved with! Please register by 3pm Saturday afternoon at the info point. The fun starts straight after the Daily Driver Show n Shine. JOIN IN – you WILL have a good laugh!!!!

And this year Jensen and the Narni Shakers are back...

BRING ON THE BEAUTIES, BEASTS & GEEKS....

The highlight of Deva Dubs n Rods for all the party animals, our fantastic themed disco with the King of Disco Jensen D Groover and the lovely Narni Shakers

Every year the saturday night at Deva is pure good disco fun!

This year we have an extra bonus in that we have the England vs USA match due kick off at 7.30pm on Saturday evening, those that were at Deva 2006 will remember the brilliant atmosphere we had for the game that fell on our Deva weekend, we are going to repeat that!!!

Its tbc if we have the screen in the bar or outside in a marquee but it will be screened! The World Cup game is due to finish at around 9.20pm which is perfect timing for Jensen D Groover and the Georgous Narni Shakers appearance in the main bar from 10pm!!!!

This years theme is: BEAUTIES, BEASTS and GEEKS

SUNDAY MAIN SHOW DAY!

The busiest day at Deva Dubs n Rods...

Between 9am and 10am we will see vehicles begin to assemble for VW & Hot Rod show n shine, a selection of some of the best Volkswagen and Hot Rod / Custom Car Vehicles from all over the UK all competing for over 20 Trophies and our fabulous best of show trophy!

There will also be a variety of displays. Themed displays will include An Early Bay Display, a VW Coachbuilts Display (Karmann Gipsys, Tischers etc), we are hoping to get some Trekkers and Early Bugs involved too along with a display of Early MK1 and MK2 Golfs. This year we're giving a big push to the VW Clubs to get involved by putting on a small themed club display!

A wide variety of traders will again be pushing their wears, from parts to pictures and plenty of other products!

And if you’re looking for a second hand bargain then don’t forget to head into the autojumble area.

Other events throughout the day are the CHARITY AUCTION (Last year we raised over £500 for Brads Cancer Foundation), CARS FOR SALE AREA, the KIDS FUNFAIR, and don't forget MR MAJECO will be performing Magic and Punch and Judy throughout the day.

Then there is always the usual Cars For Sale Area, Catering, Ice Creams, Funfair and the all important BAR in the main hall.

We wrap up the day around 4pm with our trophy presentation and ask that you please leave the site litter free by using the bins and bags available and wish you a safe journey home.
