It is worth noting that only recognised clubs with 10 or more vehicles attending can reserve a plot.
If you are looking to save space for half a dozen mates then there is no need to book club camping!
The showground is 80 acres and there will be room for you to camp together!
If you do want to reserve a space we do ask a couple of things from you, let us know numbers no later than 14 days prior to the show weekend. We would also like you to press gang some of your members into putting something back and doing a Club Display on the Sunday in the main arena, think of a theme and decorate your cars it’s quite easy and a lot of fun, we will have trophies for the best displays!!! Oh and let’s not forget the inter club 5 a side footie on Saturday afternoon!
Lastly a couple of ground rules for club camping, please leave your camp free from litter and grass scorch marks (no disposable BBQ’s) and absolutely no camp fires / fire pits. Also please respect the quiet camp policy after midnight each night!
